Senator Folmer

Senator Folmer submits his signed "Health Care Freedom Pledge" to oppose implementation of the federal health care law - aka "Obamacare."  Senator Folmer has demonstrated his commitment to this fight through his sponsorship of Senate Bill 220 to exempt Pennsylvania from these federal mandates.  SB 220 is part of Senator Folmer’s "Healthy Pennsylvania" health care reform plan, which is consistent with Docs4PatientCare’s Physicians’ Prescription for Health Care Reform:  increase completion by allowing people to purchase health insurance across state lines (SB 216); tax credits for health care (SB 217); health savings accounts (SB 212 and 213); and insurance pooling (SB 218).
